Ok here goes, now if the woman cannot get the guy hard, there is a few things (other than medical).

1st Maybe she just stinks, or has a strong odor about her, but she thinks she has no asshole.

2nd Or as what Ego said, her bush is so thick, snakes come out of it and you just feel like Indiana Jones. Some of these women get comfortable with the situation and she just does not want to shave that damn jungle.
