I think it's normal for most fathers to at one point or another have sexual fantasies (voluntary or involuntary) about their teenage/adult daughters. With today's dressing code in schools, today's sexual standards, a guy would have to be extremely disciplined not to have it

But, fathers are humans. Fathers are men. Fathers are sexual beings. And if someone can, just for a moment, think past the blood relation, of course he would be able to think that way. Even about his daughter. Mothers think that way about their sons sometimes as well, for the same reasons.
