Why she views it as a problem might be revealing. Do her fantasies take up too much attention and leave her ignoring real life? Or is it a conditioned guilt thing? Or is she frustrated at not acting the fantasies out? Or maybe just not getting enough attention between the legs at all?

Perhaps she should reach out on the net to others who m,ay have the same issues and start her own group and get fed back from others on this..........might be very insightful for her and others..............

Net or web addiction is a very real obsession /compulsion without it having anything to do with simply the rape fantasy issue. Either of the two links should get you to some good info. You can also google net/web addiction and discuss it with your friend to see if it seems to fill the description of what s occurring. I am assuming friend is wanting help as much as you want to give it, of course.
Either way, reading up on it may give you different venues to help curb the destructive aspects and help her control the desired ones.
