I Gotta confess I don't know much about that one since my smartphone does'nt have an internet connection I just can't play it.

Is it a google street based game that displays a graphic reproduction of the world around you and adds stupid yellow creatures to it you gotta catch ?

Why do I have this idea on the back of my head about using that game to justify a good slap on a girl ass in the street ?

It's an interactive map that shows nearby pokemons. You walk up to the location and throw balls on screen at the creatures to catch them.

Yeah I'm with you on the ass catching thing. They could make a smartphone sex game like that, where we sneak up and catch the CG girls, take them home and molest them. I won't be surprised if we see something like that soon.

Two Israelis injured in Pokemon Go accidents.

A 35-year-old man sustained moderate injuries on Thursday morning after he crashed into glass in Rishon LeZion while hunting virtual characters.
He had a broken leg and a deep gash wound. Magen David Adom paramedics who tended to the injured gamer said that the man was lying next to a glass door which had smashed.
“He was bleeding from his leg. He told us that he began a chase for one of the characters, didn’t notice the door and smashed into it. We gave him first aid treatment which included stopping the bleeding and bandaging the wound and evacuated him at the same time in moderate condition,” said a paramedic.

In a separate incident on Wednesday night, a 15-year-old girl was severely injured after she fell off her bike while playing the game in Karmiel. She was rushed to the Medical Center Of The Galilee in Nahariya having sustained injuries which included a cracked skull and intracranial hemorrhage. She is now reported to be in moderate and stable condition.

Rowlett teen playing Pokemon Go stopped by police impersonator:

A teen playing Pokemon Go was approached by a police impersonator in Rowlett on Friday, police said.
Around 11:30 a.m. a 14-year-old was walking through Community Park located at 8500 St. Andrews Lane in Rowlett when a Rowlett police car pulled up alongside him.
A male in his 30's got out of the vehicle and told the teen that his mother was looking for him and asked him to get inside the car so he could drive him home, police said.
The man was wearing an orange T-shirt, denim jeans, cowboy boots and a fake-looking police badge on his chest.
The teen did not believe the man was a real police officer and told him he was going to make a call to see if he was really an officer.
The man then got back into the car and drove off heading east on Waterview Parkway toward Elm Grove Road.
He was in a black and white Dodge Charger that said "Rowlett Police" in blue letters on the side, which is not used on current Rowlett police vehicles.
The suspect's car also had a clear light bar mounted on the top, but it did not have a front push bumper.
Police believe this isn't the first time the impersonator has struck.
A woman called the Irving Police Department on June 23 after reportedly being stopped by a man in a Rowlett police car. She did not believe he was really an officer, so she called police to confirm and when she did, the suspect took off.
The descriptions of the vehicle and suspect in both cases are identical, police said.
The man was described as roughly 5-6 and balding with brown curly hair and rimless glasses.
Authorities are asking anyone with information on the man to call 911, contact the Rowlett Police Department at 972-412-6200 or call the police department in the location where the impersonator's vehicle is seen.

Couple involved in Pokemon Go incident dispute police account:

The police account of an argument Tuesday in which a man allegedly threatened two Pokemon Go players and a woman struck a responding officer in the nose is "inaccurate," Jessa Nicholson, an attorney for the couple, said in a statement Wednesday.
Sonia Teas, 34, a Madison attorney, wanted to be present as responding officers questioned and frisked her husband, 33-year-old Harry Seidel, about the incident, Nicholson said. An officer told Teas to go inside, but she refused, saying she wanted to be there for questioning, Nicholson said.
Nicholson said an officer told Teas she was under arrest and "placed her in a choke hold." Three officers then took Teas to the ground using physical force, the couple's statement said. Teas denies assaulting an officer.
A Dane County Court criminal complaint said an officer put Teas in a "'bear hug' type hold" and said two officers were involved in the arrest.
Prior to the arrest, the complaint said, Teas talked in a fast and loud manner, became agitated and pushed an officer with her hands and forearms while trying to reach Seidel.
Nicholson said Teas and Seidel have no prior criminal histories and had politely interacted with the Pokemon Go players asking them not to play the game at late hours on their property.
"Police unnecessarily escalated what should have been an ordinary police inquiry to the use of physical against unarmed community members," Nicholson said.
Seidel denies having a knife during the interaction with the players and doesn't own a gun, Nicholson said.

Pokemon Go player in UK calls the police because someone 'stole their Pokemon':

Pokémon Go players are calling 999 to ask the police to settle disputes between players.
Gloucestershire Police have said that a fan called the police because someone had “stolen their Pokémon”.
The theft was reported just a day after the game was officially released in the UK.
Police passed on some “words of advice” about when it is appropriate to call 999. Disputes within the game are not suitable for ringing the emergency number, they said.
The police didn’t elaborate on what the caller claimed to have happened. It isn’t actually possible to steal Pokémon from people, since the app allows anyone in an area to catch the same Pokémon and there is no real trading or battling system.
Pokémon Go is causing issues for police across the country, who are going after users who are searching new Pokémon and warning that the app could be used to trick people into getting robbed.

Pokemon Go aids Police and helps heal relations between Police and Communities:

Pokemon characters have aided police, from helping catch elusive suspects to burnishing officers’ public image at a time of strained ties between law enforcement and communities throughout the United States.
Noticing people playing the game on the street in Fall River, Massachusetts on Sunday, an officer on patrol jumped in to join them. The fun was captured in a photo that police posted on Twitter and was liked more than 4,000 times.
“They were able to talk about a common subject and it broke all barriers between them,” Detective Nelson Sousa told local television station WPRI.
The New York City Police Department’s 19th Precinct tweeted a photo of an officer riding in his cruiser with his “new partner” seated beside him, the popular Pokemon character known as Pikachu.
Two gamers playing in a Fullerton, California park on Tuesday wound up catching a man sought by police for crimes including attempted murder, authorities said.
They were alerted by other players to a man following women and improperly touching children, and so the pair notified police and detained him until officers arrived. He was later found to have an outstanding warrant for multiple offenses.

Pokemon Go Ending Relationships:

Some players are so obsessed with the game it’s resulting in “Pokémon widows,” with significant others left behind. There have even been some breakups. One man said he was busted cheating on his girlfriend after the game showed her he had caught a Pokémon at his ex’s house.

'Pokémon Go' argument lands 1 man in hospital, another in jail:

An argument between two men, apparently sparked by one of them playing "Pokémon Go" on his phone, landed one man in jail and the other in a hospital, the Macomb County Sheriff’s Office said today.
Ryan Jeffrey Steiner, 33, of St. Clair Shores was charged with aggravated assault after the incident at about 10:40 p.m. Wednesday. The victim, a 53-year-old Harrison Township man, was in the intensive care unit at a local hospital, according to a Sheriff’s Office news release.
Steiner was arraigned today in 41B District Court in Clinton Township, where he was given a $5,000 bond on the one-year misdemeanor offense. His next court date is Aug. 24, the Sheriff’s Office said.
Steiner was walking through Mt. Clemens, which has numerous "Pokémon Go" stops, with his girlfriend and another woman. As they neared Market Street on Main Street, they encountered the Harrison Township man.
An argument started between the two men, developed into threats and culminated with Steiner hitting the victim in the face, causing him to fall to the ground. The suspect and women left and entered a nearby bar, the Sheriff’s Office said.
Witnesses called authorities. Deputies found the victim lying on the sidewalk, bleeding from a cut on the back of his head. He was treated at the scene and taken to McLaren Macomb Hospital in Mt. Clemens, where he remains in ICU, the Sheriff’s Office said.
Witnesses helped deputies identify the suspect. Deputies arrested Steiner at an address on Wagner Street in Warren.

Now this story really sums up what stupid is:

US couple abandons toddler to play Pokemon Go, arrested.

A couple has been arrested in the US for abandoning their two-year-old son alone at home while they drove around playing the widely popular location-based augmented reality game Pokemon Go.
Brent Daley, 27, and Brianne Daley, 25, left their 2-year-old boy at San Tan Valley home in Arizona for 90 minutes in scorching heat without water while they played Pokemon Go in surrounding neighbourhoods.

The couple was charged with child neglect and endangerment after they abandoned their toddler to play Pokemon Go, the Pinal County Sheriff's Office said in a statement.
Police found the boy at 10:30 pm on Thursday after a neighbour dialed 911 and told authorities she found a child who appeared to have been abandoned.
When deputies got to the home, they say the boy was in the front yard trying to get in the front door of the home.
He was "screaming and crying (and) attempting to get into the residence," the statement said, adding that the boy was barefoot, red-faced and filthy.
In the home, deputies found a phone number for Brent Daley, so they called and told him his child had been abandoned.
Daley allegedly answered, then said, "Whatever", before hanging up, officials were quoted as saying by NBC News.
The couple eventually returned and admitted to driving around the area, stopping at parks and elsewhere while playing Pokemon Go, they said.
Sheriff Paul Babeu offered the alleged crime up as a cautionary tale, saying that what the couple had done was "beyond comprehension."

Fuckhead wasting police time:

Pokemon Go Player Leaves Suspicious Bag in Bank Parking Lot.

San Rafael, CA - On 07/28/16, at 1140 a.m., the San Rafael Police Department received a call regarding a suspicious circumstance. The reporting party witnessed a young male subject wearing a hat, grey shirt and a sweatshirt on the top floor of the parking garage behind Bank of America at 1000 Fourth Street. The reporting party told dispatchers the male subject left a large black backpack unattended and walked quickly from the area. San Rafael Police patrol officers responded to the area and located a large black backpack. Based upon the circumstances officers quickly established a perimeter and restricted entry into neighboring business and apartments. The Bank of America building and the Rafael Town Center businesses and apartments were evacuated as a precaution. Traffic on Fifth Avenue was also restricted.
The U.C Berkeley Bomb Squad responded to investigate the package. Officers identified additional witnesses, including one who captured a cell phone photo of the suspicious male subject. One of the original witnesses approached officers and reported seeing the suspicious subject still in the downtown area, while the bomb squad was still in the process of examining the backpack with a robot. San Rafael PD officers located a male subject who matched the photo and description. The subject admitted to being on the top of the parking garage playing Pokemon Go, but initially denied any association with the backpack. Upon further questions, the subject admitted the backpack belonged to him, but did not provide a clear explanation as to why he left the backpack. The bomb squad confirmed the backpack contained a sleeping bag and clothing. No arrest was made and no criminal charges are expected.

Dickhead gets his car stolen:

PokemonGo player’s car stolen in Kennewick.

A game of Pokemon Go ended badly in Kennewick Tuesday night for one player, but police have set things right.
The player left his car in the Kennewick High School parking lot while he captured creatures, returning to find it stolen.
Wednesday an officer driving down an alley off north Kent Street in response to a tip spotted the missing car parked on the grass in the backyard of a house. A 16 year old was cleaning it out, according to Kennewick police.
The teen has been booked into the Juvenile Justice Center and the car returned to its owner undamaged.

There is a Pokemon spot across the street from my house. It attracts quite a few people of all ages, I think they battle their Pokemons. They are no trouble at all and don't even argue, the Pokemon game seems to bring them together in good spirits.
Some of the stores get extra business out of it, mainly soda and snacks.

Don't get me wrong, I don't mind people playing the game. It's the brain dead fuckers that walk out in front of my car (which is why I started the thread) I take issue with. It's like they expect the rest of us to be mind readers and to hit the brake pedal in time, as if they think we also see the fucking pokemons. If we do run over one of these morons when they walk in front of us, guess who will be accountable and whose insurance premium will take a hit.

Man Finds Pokémon on Wife’s Hospital Bed While She’s Giving Birth.

Jonathan Theriot from Texas posted a photo to Imgur showing that he was attempting to capture a character as his wife was in labor. “As soon as it popped up, I was like, Oh my gosh, there’s a Pidgey sitting on your bed,” he told Buzzfeed. “She wasn’t mad at all. She just kind of laughed at it. It was primarily an eye roll once she realized what I was doing.”

Registering Voters by clever-dick Hillary Clinton campaign organizers:

Pokéstops have been turned into voter registration centers by Hillary Clinton campaign organizers. The idea is that as players collect Pokémon players, they’ll pause to consider registering to vote—and, ideally, give special consideration to the candidacy that’s helping them register.
