We all crave attention regardless of whether it is positive or negative. When we don't get what we need from someone important to us, typically we move on but sometimes we strike out. It appears that you may be striking out and want the man and his friends to know that he wasn't enough for you.

I would suggest that you stick to people not associated with the guys you are dating. Men do like to talk don't they?

No, you are completely right. I have a bad past. All I was looking for though was just one person to love me. I looked for it in all the wrong places.

I had a boyfriend for the past 4 years and he kept me very grounded and I never cheated on him (unless you count kissing my two girl friends cheating..I told him about that, and he didnt care). But I keep seeing people even now from my past, and I know that they talk shit, even 5 years later! I'm not the same person I was back then. I admit that in the past month since I have been single, I was a little slutty...but come on, I'm not seeing anyone, and all I did was kiss a guy! would you consider that a slutty thing to do? Well, apparently it was, because he went back and talked shit about it. Now people think things that just arent true, and its just not fair!

A question that you need to ask yourself, and you have to be honest to yourself is, deep down, how do you feel about this behaviour?

I know that this thread shows some uncomfortabless with this situation, but is this just your upbringing talking. If, deep down, you are not uncomfortable, then you will have difficulty changing, so learn to embrace this side of you. Conversely, if this is upsetting you, and you are having difficulty changes then maybe, and I appologise if I go a step too far here, you should see a therapist.

Remember, know matter what, there are people here who accept and like you for who you are.
