I don't know why drunk and reckless drivers get so many chances. He should've gone to jail after the 2nd offense.

Absolutely. That shit pisses me off. Drink, do drugs, whatever, if it only harms yourself. As soon as you add other people to the mix, there should be no acceptance of such behavior.

I have a special hell in mind for drunk drivers who harm another person.

Sounds like good old fashioned justice to me. Have to agree we that we need more magistrates, and cops like Brutal's sgt, like this.
