From the physiological standpoint, this is because men's left brain tends to be more active, whereas women's right tends to be their primary (although, in modern society this is changing to a more balanced set of numbers).
With that in mind, here's the irony: Women like the one quoted above are so outdated that it is amazing they are ON computers. Feminism should have died years ago. Let it go.
