Please help me to identify movie - Rape Board

I'm not sure that somebody is able to help me, but I must try..

There was some OLD and MAINSTREAM movie, I guess Italian one (but it also may be Spanish or Latin...) about some very weird family, living in substandard conditions in slum.

One of the family sons is transvestite and works as a whore, but this does not prevent him from fucking his brother's naive wife.
His father peeping the act and later blackmailing his son's wife and forcing her to have a sex with him in a toilet cabin outside the house.

I remember few more scenes, but I'm sure that if anyone remember this movie - will remind me the name surely...
Anyway, thanks in advance for any help.
