It varies with the fantasy. My mental scenarios usually come in one of three varieties:

When I am writing out fantasies, I always have the captor talking to the victim. He usually tries to be "pseudo sensual" calling her names like "princess" or "sweetheart" but then when she puts up a fight he issues threats and demands. Names like "whore" and "slut" come to mind. The victim usually pleads, but the captor just listens. I also like power struggles with dialogue.
