Any chefs on Rapeboard? What the fucking hell does medium rare mean you bunch of cunts? Fucking chefs, bunch of fancified French ponces! Don't make me fucking laugh! There is only one way to serve steak. Fucking raw tossers. Anything else is just overdone. Do you think fucking cavemen were bothered about medium fucking rare? No. Of course not. They were more concerned about catching the fucking cow than if it came with French (spit) fires and fucking salad with dressing drizzled over it.

And don't even get me started on drizzling. Drizzling is what it's doing in Manchester right now. Salad is tossed.

Medium rare is halfway between rare and medium. There's a specific temperature but I don't know it offhand. And you're right about cavemen. Except that, especially when eating the mass produced grain fed animal raised and processed in often unsafe conditions and/or pumped with antibiotics and bovine growth hormone, you may want to consider letting it cook a little while.

It's a poor excuse for not being able to cook a steak as ordered. I bet every fucking steak served is the same, and if someone complains they'll probably get told "we thought you ordered medium rare".

Aaah I see now. Well if you ordered a steak raw in a restaurant you'd probably be better served going to a butcher and picking one out yourself. At least that way you get to choose your marbling.
