Dream ? - Rape Board

ok apart from the obvious fantasy we all share here, what is that one thing you have always dreamed of doing - just one thing you would like to have done before you die ?

Mine is travel to see the the natural wonders of the world, i know that might be corny lol but i swear i have always wanted to vist the pyramids, to see niagara falls, mount everest, the grand canyon, roswell area 51, ancient mayan temples where sacrifices took place etc and just all the other amazing places that the world has to offer.

I walked over the Brooklyn Bridge, wasn't something I'd ever thought about until I did it but it was an amazing place to be. So I think I can see where you're coming from Maddog.

So, I think I'd like to visit some of the worlds most outstanding structures like The Hoover Dam, and that bridge in France that goes on for miles.

as lame as it sounds, i think my dream is just simple domesticity with a loving wife and kids and at least moderate success as a writer. theres not really much more one needs than that i think.

Id like to go to greece, I want to look at broken temples and ruins all over europe, also prague because it looks like pinnochio town, and just once id like to have a snowy christmas in the USA

Do it dude, I upped and quit my job and joined uni, it's great (over half way done with it now too). I have very few responsibilities though.

I have to agree with Dash, I'd want a woman that truely loved me. I would like to be the best at something though; exactly what I'm not sure but the thought that I'd be the greatest at it is appealing.

My actual dream that i think about everyday would be to have a house, with lots of children in it. Some my own, some i would foster and some to adopt. Also open a centre for people that maybe homeless or struggling either by poverty in some way and provide pro bono for them and arrange hot food.

I know i don't do enough to help and my dream would be that.

Also overcome my fear of bugs.

littlemissRotter I remember a psych class in high school I took where the teacher brought in some props. First one was a pillow case with something in it. He offered it to the class "who is willing to put their hand in this pillow case" it was moving and wiggling around and I thought now's my chance to show how big the cahonnes are and took it. It was a python about four feet long.

The second one was putting your arm into an aquarium with a big ass tarantula in it. Took that bite also and I put my hand into the bottom and as instructed laid my hand flat on the bottom and the tarantula climbed up my arm until the instructor said "they can sense fear so don't jerk away or you may be bitten"

The point being face your fears and I think you will find they are not what you make them out to be. If you fear stinging insects find a bee and let it sting you ya it will hurt a bit but it will be worth it in the long run.
