My concept for mind control:

The victim would have to be completely obedient. She would lose her capacity to refuse and disobey--but just that! and nothing else. Unfortunately (or fortunately I guess), it is not possible to have a hypnotized person perform acts that go against their will. The club shows are just acts where people are carefully screened before getting on stage.
