Or rather, sexual confidence…. It stuck me the other day that a woman who is sexually confident can be both very powerful and very weak, depending on the situation she is in.

I’m a stripper, just in case you didn’t know. While I am at work I hold all of the cards. I can handle the guys who come into the club with ease. I flirt, I tease and then I take my clothes off…. For a price. People would say “oh those girls in those clubs are exploited!”…really? Who leaves the club at 3am with no money and a big bag of sexual frustration? Not me. I walk out happy, sober and much richer.

Turn that on its head. Change the situation. Take away the bouncers, the rules and put us all in a different club. I can still flirt and tease. I might not be able to take my clothes off but I can certainly show lots of skin, maybe ever flash a few guys. Let’s face it I could have fun. But now I can’t send the guys I’ve been toying with away with empty promises and shattered dreams. I’m much more vulnerable.

I’m using myself as the example her but I’m sure others can think of situations that apply to themselves or those close to them. Sometimes something good like confidence can be a blessing or a curse.

I was working in a bank a couple of years ago. There was this girl got a promotion and she bought a new pair of shoes with stupidly high heels to celebrate. She used to parade around in her shoes bossing all her underlings about and it has to be said she looked good. Like to see how quick the snooty cow could run from the bank to her car if I was chasing her though.

Yes...those nice men will definitely not allow any touching. Most of the clubs here dont allow the dancers to really 'touch' (in any meaningful way) either. Although...a few of the girls I'd see on a more regular basis (especially when entertaining customers/guests)...they would actually give me a quick touch or other 'goodies'. All really great ladies. Just don't be a dumbass and everyone's happy
