Does either the 1974 film http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0070116/ or the 2006 film http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0485798/ have a rape scene?

I saw the first film years ago and do not recall an on topic scene. I downloaded the second film about a year ago because the box looked sexy. I ran thumbnails taking a screen shot every 30 seconds and saw nothing on topic.

An unrated, 120 min. version of The Hospital 2 is supposed to be available in Amazon, but so far every "unrated 120 min. version" I´ve found on the internet is the normal 96 min. version, but it´s out there...
