I've noticed that about 95% of the file hosters are shit when you're a free downloader. Take a look at all the hosters that are supported by mydownloader.net and consider becoming a member. I did and now slow downloads are nothing more than a distant memory.

(And the list of supported hosters seems to be growing by the week!)
