Well, none of them go close to the brutality you suggest, but you can find similar plots- rapists who are caught by the cops, then rape their lady doctors- in a few ZFX films (the Night Prowler series, Total Restraint, and Beyond Driven 3 come to mind immediately). Then ther's an old HOM film from 1986 called The Experiment that also has that plot.
