He was in one of the best Westerns EVER...The Long Riders.

If you have not seen it you should check it out.It's about the
Jesse James gang.It stars different real life brothers playing brothers in the film.The Carradine brothers are the Youngers.The Keach's playing Frank and Jesse James,plus Randy and Dennis Quaid playing the Millers.

David Carradine was so bad ass as Cole Younger that i always thought he was cool growing up.

So Thank Mr.Carradine,Thank you for that performance and may you rest in Peace.

The Kung-fu show wasn't so big this side of the pond but I have seen lots more of Carradines work, Deathrace 2000, Kill Bill and too many lower budget films to name He took on a variety of roles and wasn't afraid to take on the slightly wierd. Talented character actor.

Can't remember the exact shows, only him, in a hat wandering across the desert, either at the beginning or the end

I do remember that his mentors 'ah grasshopper' comments were the bread and butter for many a bad impression in the 70's and early 80's

Loved him in the film Cannonball (not to mistaken with The Cannonball Run series)
