Here is a great way to come with a very secure password and yet have it very easy to remember:

Think of two 4 letter words or some other combination that ends up being 8 characters in length. For example, start with "slowtime" as the start to your password. Now start substituting characters that are similar. You could end up with a password "$10wt1me" which would be both easy to remember and also very secure.

That is now many computer professionals come up with secure passwords and it is very easy to use and remember.

Just my 2 cents.

Phrases that mean something to you are also easy to remember. A silly personal joke or something you like from a tv show. Deliberate spelling mistakes are good too

Problem is I have had the same password here for as long as I can remember and for some reason I changed it...then went out of town for the summer and promptly forgot what it was! Once I worked though all the possibilities it made perfect sense. What can I say I'm a bubble head sometimes.
