There was no sexual intercourse in the clip, there was sexual assault.

Perhaps there are some on this board who think sexual assault IS rape, but that would be saying drinking and driving IS speeding. Sexual assault can include rape, and drinking and driving can also include speeding.

Not trying to stick my nose where it's not wanted BUT I think if RB rules prohibit REAL RAPE because (and I quote the rules here) "this is a FANTASY site" then I think it should go without having to say that REAL SEXUAL ASSAULT is obviously prohibited as well because "this is a fantasy site" and real is not fantasy...I think we are splitting hairs here.It's not allowed,he removed it and it's good that it's gone.As far as the incident itself,the managers were either idiots or aroused by the whole thing and either way should be put away for a little while to think about why they aren't smarter than that.The whole thing should have never happened and the tape should have never found it's way out of the evidence room in the first place.

True...but it was awful anyway...that was a big abuse to me...it wans't a rape ok...but i remain disgusted anyway.

I think this sums it all up. It was an error of judgement and a language barrier issue. I don't personally download but I see your thread is very popular and I don't think there should be anything more said about the issue personally. Perhaps if someone comes on and posts this as the only thing they post then more should be done about it, but in this case I think phantom is right to keep the thread and poster here

So oh' little trolls, the problem isn't with the original upload, it's with the people having a go at the people who are trying to keep this board legal, and going.

If you think we are wrong, over the top or hypocrites, then may I respectful suggest you fuck off and leave the board to those who care.

This involved the sexual assualt by proxy of innocent, although admittedly naive, young girl. It was not an actress you would go afterwards all okay with her wages, but someone who has received some damage. If you get off on this sort of thing, then go to a therapist.
