If you're going to go around and judge people by the color of their skin, you're going to miss out on a lot of nice people. Nice people are nice people regardless of their skin color...and so are assholes...

I did get a kick out of program I came across on BET..."State of the Black Union". Turn that black into white, and you would think you'd be watching a KKK convention...

The only times I've been called nigger by a Black man is when I knew him. If I hear it on the radio, I know they aren't talking to me personally. I'm quick like that. And the word nigger was created by someone other than us during a time when we were being killed and enslaved because... well... because the country was filled with morally equivocating greedy fuckheads who would rather kill someone else than work.

I think whining because you can't use that word anymore and we can is just plain stupid. Big fucking deal. You can't use one word. I can't go to Supercuts and get a decent haircut, drive a nice car without seeing a cop follow me, go to a country concert (ever), get on a fucking elevator without seeing some dumbass bitch clutch her purse, see people of my own race as the main character on pretty much ANY prime time show, or walk into an upcale shop without people following me. Is your life any harder because you don't get to use that word? You lose sleep at night? Get over the fucking word.

I have to assume the last part (the stuff about muslims) was a joke. I mean, no one is that stupid, right?

You're so right Sindy. Any faith that has to be forced upon people can't be worth believing in, and that goes for the lot of them. People should be allowed to practise the faith (if any) that they feel is right for them whether they believe in Jesus, Allah, trees, ancestors, ghosts or whatever. Over the years millions of people have been killed in the name of religion and that is just the greatest tragedy.
