Question About Forum Timestamps - Rape Board

ive noticed that today, the forum timestamps have been off by about 18 mins. for instance, i made a post at about 12:53 but the timestamp on the post read that i had posted it at 12:35. its been doing this kind of thing all over the board. anyone know whats going on?
