As I move in the general direction away from the thick smoke, I sense that she is not far from me. So I start to move around in a curved direction to try and sneak up on her. As I do this I keep to the trees and peer out every so often. After doing this a few times I suddensly peer around a tree and see a glimpse of someone not too far from me, hiding behind another tree. I smile with anticipation and I start to slowly move towards the location of the suspect.

Still standing behind the tree, i continue to peer out and look around to see if i can see the cop anywhere. The sound of the helecopter in the sky above still humms through the air. Listening carefully i can hear the footsteps continueing to get closer.

With my gun in hand, i hear a noice behind me like a footstep just on the other side of the tree. Spinning around i raise my gun to my chest level as i see the figure of the cop emerge. Staring coldly into his eyes, My gun not moving from its aim at his chest. " You will let me walk out of these woods, contact them now and tell them no ones in here" My voice harsh and cold, making my nerves well hidden.

I stare at the gun for a split second and then reply, you don't want to shoot a cop, you will never be able to live a normal life as a cop killer. They'll hunt you until you are captured or you die. So if you surrender too me you will hae the best chance of getting out of this situation with the least amount of punishment.

The gun still pointed at him as he spoke, I let him finish before i start to speak. "I wont surrender to anyone, If you wont let me go now without hassle... Looks like your gonna come with me until im safely away from any other cops "My heart racing as i stare in the cops eyes "Give me your gun now" Pushing my gun into the cops chest as i shout demands at him.

Grabbing his firearm off of him i move my shirt and place the firearm in my belt and lower my shirt back down to cover it. Returning my focus back to the cop, my gun still ready for if he makes any sudden movements or does anything stupid. "Get your cuffs and cuff your hands behind your back so i know you wont try anything" Pushing the gun against his chest even more as i speak.

I take the cuffs from my belt and attach one to my wrist and put my hands behind my back and attach the other. I offer no resistance. I ask, what are you going to do with me? Also I tell her that there is little chance of escaping with all of the cops around.

A smile spreading across my face now as i watch him comply with my damands, knowing he has limitations to what he can do now. " Now that you are unable to do anything stupid", grabbing his two way radio, i hold it to up towards his mouth. " Now tell them i am gone and to back off, say anything else and you will be sorry". I give him a minute to think about it then i push the button to let his be heard by the other cops.

Again, I pause for a moment, collect my thoughts and tell the other officers that the suspect has disappeared and to scout the area a few miles ahead to see if they see any signs of the suspect. Leaving her the option to escape in a different direction.

Listening carefully to the sounds of the helecopter to see if it leaves the sky above us. Grabbing the cuffs attached to his cuffed hands i slip behind him, my gun now resting apon his back as i start to force him to walk towards the edge of the woods.

Stopping just inside the woods, a couple of trees still hiding myself and my hostage. Looking around at the open area beyond the woods i cant see any cops around. "Seems they listened to you without hesitation, now i need you to get me your car so i can get away.. Remember make any attempts to notify them of what is happening and it will be the last thing you say". I hold his radio up to him again and wait for him to come up with something before i push the button.

As she pushes the button, I respond to the rest of the cops that are still at the attempted road block. Telling them they should go on ahead and search the ground for any signs of the suspect. I tell them that I will continue to search this area and follow behind them when I'm done sweeping this area for the suspect.

Looking up the hill i towards the road block, making sure its clearing away before i start to make my move from the woods. Holding the cop infront of me i make sure the cop knows his position at the present time. Causiously I continue to walk towards his car, keeping a look out for any signs of other cops, " Where are your keys for the car "

As we approach the car, I tell her that my keys are in my right pocket. As we approach the car she suddenly realizes that my partner, a k-9 cop, is still in the car. As the dog starts to bark loudly.

As i reach into his pocket to retreive the keys, the barking of the dog freaks me out. Jumping at the bark, i shove the gun harder into the cops back as i signal for him to walk to the drivers side rear door. Undoing one of the cuffs i pull his hands infront of him adn recuff them. "Shut him up NOW, then restrain him and remove him from the car so i can get in".

I reach down around and unlock the door, then I reach into the car and grab a leash. I put the leash on the dog and coax him out of the car. I tell him to sit and he listens like an obediant and well trained dog would.

Watching as the cop controls the dog and gets him out of the car. " I'm not finished with you yet". Pointing over at the car i had abandoned, " go and tie him up to the bumper bar and return to me as soon as you are done. I will have the gun pointed at your head the whole time, so no stupid tricks". opening the drivers door i place the keys in the ignition, getting ready incase he doesnt listen to me.

I go and tie my k-9 partner to the bumper of the stolen car that she has abandoned. Then I turn and head back to her location, thinking to myself, should I try and make a move now?

Watching as he heads back towards me, my gun following his every move till he reaches me again. Grabbing his shoulder i spin him around again, i uncuff one of his hands again and force them behind his back again and recuff them. " You dont need to have any extra freedom anymore". Placing my hand back on his shoulder i push him into the back of the cop car " Now dont think about trying anything". Shutting the door i place the gun in the back of my belt before hopping in the drivers seat and shutting my door. I turn to the revision mirror i decide to adjust it so that i can see him incase he doesnt take my warning seriously, then i take off down the highway again, looking in the two side mirrors constantly to make sure no cops were following me.

in her haste to get away she forgot one thing, I still have the handcuff keys on me. I know she is watching me but she also has to watch the road and for other cops. So I slowly twist my arms so I can reach into my side pocket in my pants. It takes me a few minutes but I manage to get the keys out and slowly and quietly unlock the handcuffs, however, I don't take them off.

Drivig along the freeway i think about where i can go now to hide out, knowing my house is out of the question. Looking in the review mirror at the cop to see what he is doing, seeing him just sitting there looking out the window.I yell back to him, "Get your head down and dont look at where we are going". After thinking for a bit I decide on an old warehouse that was once owned by my family before it became abandoned a couple of years ago. Getting off the freeway i look behind me at the cuffed officer to make sure his head is still down, then the road behind me to make sure im still not being followed.
