I'm a guy who wants to be raped, preferably by an Ilsa-type woman with a mean strap-on.
The thing is that I'm a 6'3, 210 lbs strong guy who normally wouldn't have any problems defending myself, so how would you go about overpowering me to make me your helpless victim?

heh. i'm a guy but i've thought this scenario myself since sometimes i like the woman to switch it up and be the rapist rather then the vic.
but for this you'd need a woman who is more agressive, perhaps even to the level of being psychotic, like juri in street fighter. she'd probably get off on twisting your arms back and insulting your man hood, biting and teasing you, pushing you around, probably slapping and spitting on and running her tongue down different areas of your body and then she'd either use a strap on or device. and of course she'd probably run her nails down your back, chest and anywhere else she feels like.
