Hi all. I suggest at least some of you here have to play poker, live or online Lets talk about it a little - it is great game which cost me about 130 € till now But I am still only a beginner, still learning and hope to get into a winning session soon

I started on Interwetten, now playing on ParadisePoker and will start on Titan in some days. I play Texas Hold'em No Limit. I like SnG torments. Tried also cash games, but I have not a big bankroll and it is a lot of luck needed in micro cash games - well, a lot of people can make there a lot of money, but not me I am usually afraid of putting all the cash into play just after (or before) flop I did it few times and lost about 70% of such a games

On the other hand SnG torments are better for me. On Paradise I now play 3 + 30 € single table torments, 4 places payed and sometimes it is enough to wait until 6 players are out and only get some more chips with monster hands. Then you can start playing more risky and with your tight image win a lot of hands just by betting before flop. This way I can be in money quite often. But I spend some more money in 1 and 2 € multitables torments, so my bankroll is smaller and smaller until I have to put new money in But surely I'll break ti once

I've found some thread in history about making a poker session between RB members. Did it happen? Are you still interested in it? I'd try this, making some private torment

I like this idea although I'm not very clever in poker,but I like to play with the people who I know around the world,I do this in some games which you can play them online and in one of them "Sniper Elite" I found one of the members of this board "without saying his name" by luck,but he wasn't lucky to meet me there.

Huh, was quite lucky yesterday. Three SnG, twice 1st, once 4th, clear income 18€ Both my wins started with double up in first round - once QQ vs. 77, once JJ vs. AJ with another J on flop. Then it is easier, cause you are a chipleader and can make pressure on your opponents, mainly around a bubble (if you get there still as a chipleader)

Maybe some of you (interested in poker) already heard about Tom Dwan (durrrr) challenge. This are the rules in short:

- Dwan will play heads up (2 people at a table only) with anyone
- Dwan gives a side bet $1.5M, while his opponent only $0.5M
- they will play on 4 tables (online) simultaneously for 50,000 hands
- the game type must be No-Limit Hold ‘em or Pot-Limit Omaha
- the stakes (blinds) must be a minimum of $200/$400

If "durrrr" wins (even $1 after 50,000 hands), he keeps any money he won during Challenge play and the challenger's $500,000. If one of his opponents wins, they keep their winnings and the $1.5 million that "durrrr" has put up.

Three poker pros accepted the challenge: Phil Ivey, Patrik Antonius and David Benyamine.

The play now started on FullTilt poker with Patrik Antonius. After first session (1541 hands) Dwan is winning about $134,000.

This is very interesting challenge in high states poker and will be very interesting before the end IMO. Dwan definitely believes in himself, even if he is still only 23 year old

I like Poker, I'm well out of practice but yeah it's a cool game. Hopefully this guy i live with is getting his mates together for a game and I can fleece the monkey hanging bastards. I used to play on William Hill, but when Uni is over this year I will join one of the big sites like 888 or fulltilt.

The Idea of winning a woman in a poker game is an appealing fantasy for sure. I used to think about it in a GF BF scenario too, like we'd play for sexual favours - but I'd be like I win I want to deep throat you, or I win now I get to whip you. Yeah I gotta go for a jerk of.... erm I mean I gotta go fro a piss.
