i do have their permission, and it happens all the time anyway with celebs and everyone, you dont give ur permission to be recorded on CCTV do u , same thing!

CCTV - what is this three year old logic? If a facility is under video surveillance they must post that fact where the public can see the notice upon entering... Does your camera have a large warning on it stating that any and all person's recorded with it are subject to being posted on rape based internet sites?

How exactly was this supposed permission obtained?

Private individuals are not subject to the abuses that celebrities go through and do not have to fight as hard to maintain their privacy rights.

Admin does not want to have frivolous law suits brought against him by pissed of ex-girlfriends and ex-boyfriends of idiots who can not understand that they aren't entitled to always do as they please and fuck the consequences. So actually it is a smart rule...

another this to consider is the risk involved.. with the advent of the internet the world really has become a much smaller place and while you may have these fantasies your ex very well may not. suppose somone happened to run across said ex after seeing her face on a board such as this. it could seriously damage her reputation as well as put her into a potentially dangerous situation. theres a reason why MANY celebrities pay for security services. who's there to protect your ex when a stalker from a rape fantasy board tries to contact her? I'm going to the extreme here I realize...however.. to post a picture of a private individual means that they have no knowledge of the risk involved with haveing a pic up on a board like this and shouldnt be condoned just on moral principle as well as all the legel issues mentioned. not a dumb rule at all in my opinion.

Sadly logic is not this guys strong suit so he will no doubt spew some hogwash about how not being able to post whatever he wants is some kind of violations of his rights or some other such nonsense.

He has shown repeatedly that he is either unaware... or just doesnt care to abide by established forum rules. For some reason he seems to feel he is above the rest of us, tho from the quality of his posts I cant begin to imagine why.

I do have to throw my $.02 in and suggest that if these said photos have been posted anywhere on the Net previously, with the permission of parties involved, where it can be distributed for viewing by other members of the public, then the rules of privacy can't be applied, no matter where its posted. By allowing individuals other than themselves have access to such material, there is the unavoidable risk that they be used for something they did not intend, including things that could be harmful to them...stalking, harassment, general humiliation by being posted on questionable sites, ect. Another individual can take the pic(s) and post them where ever they want, and the original posters have little say in the matter because they already granted permission by uploading them in the first place. The avatars being used on this and other sites point out that fact...it is not what the original posters intended for them.

If there is an expectation of privacy, then much material should not be submitted in any way, shape, or form to a place where any member of the public can view them. If the ex-gf refused permission to post them anywhere, and I do mean anywhere, then there is an expectation of privacy.

Now, rules regarding general content is something that can be inforced, to keep the site devoted to a specific theme. But as far as privacy...there are many details that make that a very tricky issue, even in this case.

Like I said, just my $.02. I don't like the guy either, but I do feel the need to provide another angle regarding this.

If you are going to enact these types of fantasies, there is a very high level of trust required with who you are with, and for me that trust includes NOT posting old pictures of me all over the internet without my consent.
