I live in the uk and concept of marital rape didn't exist until 1991. Sex was considered part of the deal when you got married, so it was impossible for a man to rape his wife, legally. There are countries now, such as Afghanistan, where marital rape is not recognised in law - a husband can have sex with his wife whether she wants it or not.

I find it fascinating because, technically, you cannot fantasise about raping your wife with the whole idea of marital rape does not exist in law. Just a thought.

Yes all about differing cultures isn't it, some cultures still insist the wife is the husband's property to do with as he pleases and so technically he can't rape her, she has to submit to his wanton carnal desires like it or not as part of her wedded duty... Strange scenario to work on for a fantasy rape situation by the husband... But then he could have her raped by other men to punish her, bring his mates round after a few beers and say "there you go lads help yourself"

Considering this is my number one fantasy I don't know how on earth I've missed this thread before.
