OMG. I've been here for like 2 and a half years and i reckon on average of once a month theres some big dramatic "im leaving" thread. I can't be the ONLY person that is getting just a lil sick of this. lol

Nobody asked for my opinion

but here it is anyway.

If someone wants to leave in a huff, why make a big deal about it? Just leave. I've left forums about a zillion times in a towering rage, then felt like an idiot or missed the community and gone back. If I had made a "Screw you I'm leaving" post, it would be difficult for me to swallow my pride and go back.

Sometimes life interferes, as it did recently with virginfantasy and clan_hunter, so they let everyone know that it was for personal reasons and left the door open for a possible return at some point. That's different from storming off in a huff, then coming back hoping nobody will notice.
