Start a thread in the BDSM forum and see if it gets responses - tbh I think that this site is pretty much a RAPE forum with very little interest in the other genre.

German Chick, not true. There have been non-rape BDSM threads, they have garnered thoughtful responses. Not many true, but also not the sought of responses you seem to expect either. You also have eyes, you only need to look through older posts to see them.

Again, you are also wrong about the Rowdy Room. Although it does provide a venue for flame wars, somewhere for moderators to stick troll threads so we can have a bit of fun with them before their arses get ejected, some traditions have evolved.

For a start, for want of a better phrase, and fuck knows I can't abide stupid political correctness, hate is not tolerated. This means if you attack someone for what they are rather than what they think or write, you're going to get soundly kicked around. Stick around and wait for some racist or homophobic troll to come along and you'll see. Trust me, if you like a row and a ruction, those are the best. Closely followed by the "God hates you and you're all going to hell" brigade.

Then you get the idiots that seem to think that it is ok to start casting aspertions about the genuineness of a poster. This is a fantasy site. Then if you take a step back from that you will see that the Rowdy Room also provides a venue for some very good natured humour, banter, practicle jokes, political discussions that unbelievably seem to go rather well even if they do sometimes get a bit heated.

Sure, enter if you want to be insulted, or rather dont enter if you don't want to be insulted. That doesn't necessarily mean that if you post a thread in here that some or all of us are going to tear you down. The Rowdy Room isn't everything it says it is.
