Okay, here is the rest of the story. 2shake asked if I could identify several clips. I did what I could and appealed to my friends here to aid in 2shake's quest. His collection must be similar to mine. We both have hundreds of clips and segments without a named mama or papa.

We also share less than perfect memories that can clearly recognize scenes, but can't recall film titles associated with those scenes.

In this particular case, the missing link was the title "Edge of Madness". Bingo, a simple search brought up the original clip and the following clip:
