People have problems, I know. But here some wise words I heard from others :

Never be sad about things that you can fix and
never be sad about things you cannot fix.

If you can fix the problem just fix it, there is no need to be sad about it!
And if you cannot fix it, then what is done, is done. There's nothing you can do about it so being sad don't do any good.

Hi Huni. It's been a while.
I have great sympathy for what you experience. I also have problems with things I souldn't say. It's really weird. At the moment I'm getting freaked out by this 'hello' word. Someone with good maners is supposed to say that to everybody, and I used to do that, but I recently found myself very annoyed by people not returning the hello to me. So I've started never saying hello anymore and I've got in trouble with people telling me I was rude.

I hope you get over you problem. It you don't, get a professional help.
