In my local paper. I kid you not:

"ROOSTER CRIES FOWL
A man who alleged he was attacked by a rooster at a US suburban animal centre has filed a lawsuit seeking more than $US50,000 damages for injuries he says were caused when a territorial chicken pecked his right leg.
Mark Lovett says he was putting up a fence at the Big Run Wolf Ranch in Lockport, Illinois two years ago when the fearless fowl struck, causing him 'great pain and anguish, both in mind and body', according to the lawsuit filed in Will County court this week."

I don't know whether to laugh or cry.

I can't get enough of these stories, being right next door to the sleeping giant I hear tons of these type of law suits. I wonder how the judge feels about this...
