Putting Myself Out On A Ledge Here.... - Rape Board

I felt like this might belong in the rowdy room because it's not quite "idle talk". I do fear some people might harass me for coming out with this and that some people might turn their backs on me. We'll soon find out I suppose.

Everyone has treated me so well since I've signed onto this forum. It's been so exciting being a part of the community and being accepted so well. I've been a lurker here for years and have always felt like a moocher for never repaying the avid contributors of this site, especially the moderators. Finally after a year or so of lurking and being too nervous to join everybody on the board I decided to sign up and put myself out there because I know this is one of the very few places where people like me can be accepted; a raging pervert who is also a kind person. Ever since I joined though I have gotten many questions directed towards my gender and people being very confused as to rather I am female or male. I want everybody to know I am in fact male but am an avid crossdresser which will explain the picture I showed in the photo section. I'm an extremely shy and as you've probably noticed incredibly "girly" sort of guy. Not a lot of me personality wise screams male, haha.

I just thought I should make it aware to everybody because I don't want mix ups in the future and I don't want people to only ever like me because they think I'm female. I can just picture somebody really enjoying my company, then finding out I'm male and completely freaking out. It's happened before. Everyone who has talked to me so far has been very sweet and I don't want anybody out there to be mad at me or turn their back on me. Part of me knows no body will dislike me because of this but my "security blanket" is just telling me to be prepared. If it helps, just think of me as genderless. Know I am engaged so for those males who might be just a tad anxious about me hitting on them or a fellow male hitting on them, do not worry, I am perfectly content with my relationship ^_^

I hope no one takes this the wrong way either. I'm enjoying my time on here so much and it's only been a few days! I can't wait to spend a year or more on here and learn as much as I can about everybody and contribute everything I can. I've never been so happy to be part of any community.

Welcome to the forum Bella. I think this just goes to show that there are benefits to paying attention to the posts in the member pics and intro threads to help to get to know the new folks. You identified yourself as a crossdresser in {what I think} was your very first post so I've never had any doubt as to your gender. Everyone is entitled to their own personal quirks and kinks after all we are a forum full of folks who are all a bit "different" from what is the accepted norm of society. So you keep on posting and being a positive member here on the forum and hopefully you will have no problems.

Eddie Izzard is one of my favorite comedians. I lived in SF and have worked with plenty of gender different people. Some of the kindest and down-to-earth folks I've known. Plus how in the hell can anyone here criticize someone else for their uniqueness?

As for hating you, it would be pretty silly for people who love alternative porn to hate someone who goes for an alternative and different lifestyle. And I must admit that there were times where I've wondered what it would be like to be a woman instead of a man.
