i see when i bring an old thread from years ago & bump it up, it causes problems.

i bumped an old thread to show the old - like the date - not to fuck around.

i will leave here.I do not need this shit on my mind anymore then what I have to go through anyways.

Dog I like you but the drama queen stuff has to stop. This is the internet dont take it too seriously.

It seems like every time some just trys to give you the slightest unfavorable comment you take it way to seriously.

Ive been slapped down by the mods here a few times myself, they were just doing there JOBS, it wasnt personal.

Just ask Becka she will tell you when she was first a mod here we got into a little ruckus. I eventually told her I was sorry and now were good internet pals. I didnt sulk and fly off the deep end.

Doggy, I've been busy uploading some material to this board and wasn't paying attention to this latest drama and conflict.

Nothing that is currently on the board warrants this behavior. As of late, you have been the old Doggy. I have enjoyed your wit and your style.

But, Doggy, this is just nucking futs! Even though your logic was sound and the nostalgia motive was admirable and maybe a bit entertaining, the rules are the rules. They clearly state that you don't bump a post that's more than 1 or 2months old.

From what I can see, a mod simply growled a bit over your infraction of the rules and you take a flying leap off the edge into the abyss.

Like Crotch Ripper, I grow weary of the constant mayhem and threats.

If you stupidly decide to leave, this board will lose a major contributor and you will lose contact will a group of individuals that have to grown to know you and appreciate your personality (most of the time).

If "acting stupidly" is your choice, the Rape Board will muddle along, the sun will still come up tomorrow morning, God will still be in his heaven and all will be well with the world!

Think it over and take a break.

The celebration thread by doggy is one of the best threads that was ever created on RB in my opinion. Not sure what had happened to it lately but it somewhat saddens me to see it being locked up and unstickied. On the plus side, it has been used and appreciated by many members. Having 300+ posts there isn't that bad.

I have faith that doggy will not leave RB permanently. He might need a temporary break to cool himself down for a while, then he'll regain his spirit 100% and return to join us again. If I'm wrong, then I thank doggy for all the time he has spent with us, as well as the positive impact that he has made in this community.

I must say. I didn't close the first thread to have a second one started and I would HIGHLY disagree with the idea of a new one. I am not going to honor him with something that was closed because of the disgrace of it.

You have a point. I guess I had hoped that the new thread would be used for the purpose for which it was intended since it would not "belong" to someone indulging in drama. However, I can see that starting a new one might be a little like waving a red flag in front of a bull - just too tempting.

Though if he is asking for a Ban and you give it to him you would not be a Bully in the least.Who knows but Dog what is going on in his life.Maybe a separation is what he needs for his health.I know this is drama you don't need but if you decided to do it we all know you would be doing what is best for all.

What's the point in a voluntary ban?

The only scenario where a voluntary ban is useful is for an addict to prevent him from going back to his addiction (like in a casino).

I don't want to make a suggestion in this specific case because I don't know doggystylethatgirl and to stay or leave is his own decision.

I just want to know what's the sense in this.

I wasn't here the first time you left, but I caught a little bit of what was going on when you came back. With all due respect to you, I very much like you, there are so much better ways of dealing with things when your not happy or they aren't going great.

After you came back last time you were one of my favorite people here. Then you disappeared for a few days, came back and seemed to (note seemed to - to me, not saying you did) spam a little and bump posts for attention.

And then when you got a little negativity you said that noone likes you and you must leave This is not the case. Its like you are looking for an excuse. If you make off-topic posts, double post, bump threads then someone is going to say something. Its not because they hate you, its just because a) its the moderators job and b) it could be quite annoying.

If you want to bump an old post for nostalgia the best thing is to say "i'm bumping this because..." rather than "BUMP!" or something. I wasn't being offensive at all when I asked what the point was, I just really didn't get the point of it.

You are very popular and you are very well liked, but if you keep doing the leaving in dramatic fashion, then people are going to start to think "oh well, its only doggy trying to get attention". Also making out that you have been banned is very unfair on the moderators as people will wonder why you have been.

Its much better to just disappear for a few days/weeks without a word or "I'm a little run down at the moment" than it is to do it like this, because this way alters peoples opinions of you. And you are very popular.

Like you i really like Doggy and i hope he will change this attitude...

In case you're checking in from time to time. Just so you know a lot of us like you here, as much as that can mean in such a venue, i.e. no one really knows anyone here. This IS the internet.
