More bad news out of the USA. Max gets nailed after the his distributors sells 5 DVD's to a postal agent in Tampa. The judge clearly isnt tolerant of kink despite that one of the actresses was at the trial saying she was into the experience. What the hell is happening to free speech in the USA?

This is just really fucked up sentence since in worst case scenario it can threaten the legality of all of the kinkier material.

On the other hand this case alone doesn't move me at all since the stuff I have heard about max hardcore makes his prison term almost welcomed...

--so is girls gone wild, jackass and hooters, but they all involve consenting adults who apparently according to this judge live an unacceptable lifestyle, can't wait till they get a hold of non consensual material

the UK is testing the water as well, one guy is going to court over a story he posted on line called Girls (scream) Aloud. Basically about the kidnap, rape and murder of the girl band Girls Aloud. Will be interesting how the court deals with it.
