It has highlighted a worrying problem though. The product we're using is made by a German chemical firm who have established contractors all over the world. The UK is the last place they looked to establish themselves and develop a market. In fact our firm had to approach them because we had a problem that no product available here could solve.

Is this the world view of the UK? A marketplace just not worth bothering with?
