Video editiong program - Rape Board

Hello guys.

I'd like to know which program you use to edit/split/join videos? I tried more, but none seems to be good enough (small, fast, easy to use) ... I don't need any effects, just choose parts, cut them and join to the new video of the same quality (size, frame rate) ...

But any ideas welcome

Sorry if it was here already discussed, bu tried and did not find anything.

VirtualDub should get you pretty far and I've heard Windows Movie Maker can be decent also.

I actually went through some freeware joining programs to find the better ones but don't have any of those on this computer and can't remember the names of them.

I use Avidemux, it's quick and easy, splits and joins but only for avi clips. It is by far the easiest and quickest program I've ever used.
