I think I would make more many (and I did it, to make it clear) by collecting rapidshare points and selling accounts than using uploading.com and collecting money. So what is difference?

RS is a serious file-host. I never got a single spyware from it.
Uploading is just lame, you can say whatever you want but the only reason why upload movies there is for gain moneys.
There are tons of better file-hosts, i always used MU...and my collection of movies is still up, after 4 years.
For me you can go on posting movies there...but please don't tell me this crap....ok?

at times my sense of humor does not show up in type very well

for that I apologize if anyone is offended

my point that I obviously did not make is if people would just upload for the pleasure of sharing as opposed to for money then there would be no spam.

if you allow people to make money of off posts made then some will exploit this option to add all kinds of crap on top of what you think you are getting in the first place.

and its usually not good crap

Sparks, I think you have been a good member here. There seem to have been some posts deleted so I don't know if you upset Sierra but I think she is tougher than that.

I don't think anyone is offended by you, much as you said the wrong thing in one post one time. Its not the way you usually write so it was suprising for some.

Your not a bad person and you certainly don't have to leave in my opinion. Go and take a day or two and cool off and come back. Thats what I did when I got involved in drama. Its not worth leaving over, noone wants you gone x

This is a very international forum. There are various cultures, national origins and languages represented here.

In my little corner of the world, when a man comes across in an unnecessarily rude or chauvinistic manner to a lady, we as friends, point out the error of his ways. That peer pressure provides a more comfortable and polite society.

I saw your words to Sierra as being quite rude and you seemed to be talking down to her as if she were inferior. Absolutely, nothing in her post warranted that.

In this case, I did not see your “apology" as an apology. It appeared to be a further defense of your previously stated views.

Again, things might be different in your neighborhood.

In closing, here, we also tell our friends when they are acting in an unconventional manner. So, if you decide to pick up your marbles and go home over my comments, I will simply point out that that is childish behavior.

As a friend, when I inadvertently or intentionally make an infraction of normal polite behavior, I damned well expect you to point that out. As your friend, I will continue to do the same.

You are valued member of this group and a friend. However, if you cannot accept friendly criticism when it is offered and warranted, our friendship is probably destined to fail in any event.
