Physically- that's a tough one, but it's either being branded, or having cigarettes put out between my legs.

Mentally- my best friend killed herself when we were 11, and it was my fault. That's something I'll have to live with for the rest of my life.

Physically I was riding my bike in my early teens and got hit by a car. It was my own fault, but I was in hospital for over a month, broken bones, lots of cuts and I just haven't known pain like it. My face hurt, my nose hurt, my fingers hurt. Just everything hurt.

Mentally would be most of the events that happened in 2004. Crazy year that had many very messed up moments.

Physically would be my accident last year when a car hit me and I did a face plant into a guardrail. I'm still recovering from that one. Broken ribs HURT.

Mentally.... I've discussed it before here and don't really want to bore everyone with going over it again.

Physical - Getting shot in the leg. The pain was pretty good but it had a much more painful burning sensation inside my leg.

Mental - Im not sure, maybe 'The Wolf'. Anybody who has seen combat/action should understand. Its a mindset almost like a switch that goes on in your head. But once youve experienced it you can never forget it.

Mental, I've had depression on and off for years, then about four ago, it blew up and I had a minor breakdown, it got so bad, that one Friday I gave myself two choices, go to the docs or jump from the stores multi storey, as you can see I went to the docs. Sometimes though, well to be frank I'm not sure if I made the right choice.

Sorry to here about your gf FR, I can't begin to imagine what a fucked up time that was.

Physical: Having cancer, when they stuck a needle in my spine and the numbing stuff didnt work, that or having a catheter.
Mental: Having my first dog pass away.... took me half a year to get over it.

Mental- "the one" just dropping me out of her life like I didn't matter.

I'll take the knife 10 times out of 10. At least I won that night.

To me there is not "a point of comparison" betweens Phisic and Mental damage...
i have been trough a lot of shit...so this time i know what i'm saying...obvious there are always some "exceptiones"...

Physically: Freshman year of high school I was on the Junior Varsity football team, because a lot of our JV players had been skipping practices we(jv) had to practice our plays against varsity players...yea it sucked.

What sucked more was me forgetting to put my knee pads in with my uniform that day and I was hit from behind and the side on my right leg. I didn't feel a pop or anything I just felt numbness followed by a intense pain which dropped me flat on my face my coach and other teammates later said it looked like I had been shot the way I fell down. My knee still gives me trouble from time to time but not as much as those three years did.

Mentally: Losing my father hurt like hell, I felt like giving up on life when they told me he died. And knowing it could have easily been prevented just made it even worse.
