maybe she is. But if I sit and analyse it then I can kind of see what shes getting at. Its a kind of bitchy thing. If the defence desribes a girl who went out dressed in next to nothing and basicly put herself out there. Then followed that up with her sexual history as they sometimes (very wrongly) do then I can understand how women in the jurory would go into bitch mode and say almost flippantly "she was asking for it", Its almost a jelousy thing and as wrong as it is, even moreso under those conditions, thats how some women react to other women.

If one sits and analyse it, he can end to many conclusions one of them being that perhaps "she was asking for it". "She just thought she can control it", i'd be adding.

I would be more sceptical before conclude that they "go into bitch mode" when i speak for people i dont know and for a matter i havent listen.

Ok I admit that I really hate women, they are always in my way, they keep me down, and they prevent me from having what I want....but I wouldnt ever say that a woman was asking to be raped just from the clothes she was wearing!

HOWEVER, If the "victim" willingly went to bed with the man, then its not rape. She probably said stop seconds before he was about to come. Thats not rape.

Jealousy does play a big part in it, definitly. Women are so competitive with each other, much more so with than men. They just dont like each other.
