Is it true that in UK if a girl that has drunk alcohol has sex with a man she can AFTER CONSENSUAL SEX decide that it was rape and report the man? I read that there is a court decision about that. It says that a girl that drinks alcohol looses her consent giving ability long before she pass out, so a guy that has sex with her is a rapist. And I read that feminists are trying to make it enforced in every court decision by a program for educating judges about this issue.

And is it true that in UK if a man rapes a women he must pay money to her for life?

I'm shocked. If a girl in UK goes to a pub and has sex with 3 or 4 man after a drink she becomes rich.

Since there are a lot of people from UK I would hear from you. In Italy men's right organizations take the UK law as an extreme to show what feminism can do. There was any debate in UK about this?

The part about the women being drunk and having consensual sex and then changing her mind is true but its 2 do with how drunk the women was.

I did not know that there were some rules about how drunk the women was. But after some time how can you know how drunk she was? You can't do any test. And I think it's not that difficult to drink the required amount before sex and then report guys you dislike.

Yes, of course you can make an alcohol test and extrapolate the promille (one-tenth of a percent) she had when the incident occured.
It's rather easy actually.

well , i'd say if she's passed out .. it's a good idea that she isn't giving you the go ahead to have sex . same for if she's really , really drunk . say ... if she's having a hard time walking ... or can't stay standing up .

In German law being drunk means "too intoxicated to comprehend the decisions you make or the consequences of them".
It's a thin line to walk of course, deciding when someone is so drunk he/she can't be held responsible for made decisions anymore.
Sleeping with a person who is unconscious (for example because of too much alcohol) is rape in any case since this person can't give or refuse consent.

Well, he will still be punished since the law requires you to anticipate the consequences of your actions. That means if you get drunk that's your own decision so if you commit a crime under the influence of alcohol you can still be prosecuted.
But unfortunately the sentence is usually far less hard, yes.

First question, yes there have been cases where women will claim rape after drinking too much, the basis for there claim is that they were too drunk to remember if they gave consent or not and the courts will want to make sure that was given consent and it was not just a assumption the mans part

The best bet is not to fuck a drunk women particually on the one night stand.

As for the money thing the courts may award money to the victim but it will be a sum of money not "X amount for the rest of the victims life"

In the U.S. the victim could make the accusation of rape but in criminal law she has to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt, which in rape cases is not always easy. Our criminal justice system is skewed toward the accused, and for good reason.

As for the money, IF she can prove he raped her and IF she can prove she had financial damages because of it, it is conceivable that she could get a large settlement. It is not automatic.

Sierra in Italy there is a very infamous case of an italian arrested for rape in the USA that now is in a California prison. His story was on a lot of italian newspapers because he was condemned despite all the evidence that the women was lying.
