I wonder how the girls in pole dance can still grab the bar when it's covered by sweat without breaking their necks.....I've been watching a Orsolya Pall video, she's so fluid and stylish........she says men are pretty good with pole fitness as well.....it's hard to imagine how guyz can be that graceful with a bar

Chalk takes away too much of ther grip you actually need. What we actually do is simply wipe the pole down with a handy bar-towel and hold the bar very tight while dancing.

Having a tollerance for bruises and friction burns helps.... and a good concealer
