What do you do for breakfast?

I'm a firm believer that what you eat for breakfast reflects on who you are as a person.

Remember, breakfast is just the first meal of the day, and it doesn't have to be eaten in the morning.

My breakfast routine: I get those little cups of low fat yogurt flavored like horrendous things like pies and cakes and chocolate and berries, and I have one in the morning at work. Flavored like pies and only 100 Calories?!

AND THEY'RE SO CUTE!

My favorite: Blackberry yogurt, or Key lime Pie yogurt

I only eat breakfast on the weekends (yeah I know, most important meal of the day).

But when I have time my favorite is steak and eggs with a Bloody Mary.

not a thing fer me...never liked breakfast and teacchers would always bitch bout how i wasnt aying attention to them cuz i had no food in me, but id just say, "no, its cuz your boring as hell" i rarely have it, but im a fan of the standard eggs/toast/bacon/sausages/hashbrowns death-on-a-plate LOL...tastes sooooooooooo damn good ^_^

Screw that stuff........have my healthy breakfast starting with a big bowl of Ice cream covered in chocolate sauce. Then my coffee with lots of creamer in it doughnuts and last but not least waffles with syrup, whipped cream and blueberries!

I have 8 oz of milk and a protein bar during the week. On Saturday, I have eggs and country ham. On Sunday, I have brunch with a very sexy man and don't even think about food!
