the real estate agent (need a rapist) - Rape Board

I recently completed real estate school and had been having my license for a few months now. Up until now, my sales had been pretty good, partly because several months ago, I had contracted with a company that produced a website featuring glossy profiles of professional women in the city where I lived...

My profile on this website featured a very flattering picture of me in my business attire, as well as a few details about me that would hopefully prove attractive to potential clients. It read like this:

Christy Anne Kelton, age 25, real estate agent representing Professional Realty Company since 2009...Ms. Kelton is an enthusiastic provider of real estate services and will do her best to meet your needs.

The fact that the pic also portrayed me in such a way to make my long blonde hair and blue eyes noticeable I'm certain didn't hurt, as I had already represented several male clients; in fact one of those clients had just recently become my boyfriend.

In fact, just that morning I had been told that an out of town male client would be coming in town that evening, and specifically requested me as his agent to look at some properties around town. I had previously had plans with my b/f for the evening, but I couldn't pass up an opportunity for a good deal, especially for someone who had asked for me specifically. So I called my b/f and explained to him that I would be working late and we would have to reschedule our plans. He was disappointed but understood. He told me to be careful, and I appreciated his concern, but I laughed it off as him being an over-protective boyfriend.

I had dressed that morning in a typical business suit...white button blouse over bra, knee length black skirt over thigh highs.

After everyone else had left for the evening, I waited in my office for my client to arrive so I could hopefully find for him what he was looking for...

I arrive at your office, in an Armani suit. I have my son with me, also dressed very nicely.

At 200 solid and 5'8, I am well aware of the value of the right look. I made my fortune as a negotiator, specilizing in hostile takeovers....

"Ms. Kelton, thank you for waiting for us. Dan Smith, and my son Eric. Sorry we're a little late, the plane was behind schedule. I understand you have some property listings for us to browse...?"

I look you over, and Eric nods too, especially after studying your looks and your attire...he smiles.."Yes dad, I think she'll do just fine..."

I grin, and playfully punch him on the arm...

"Now, Ms. Kelton...where first? Did you get that list of my specifications? Isolated, private access, security system, video monitoring, and soundproofing? Our operations demand privacy and quiet when we work..."

My client soon arrived in my office. He was a well-dressed, well built man, and introduced himself as Dan Smith. He also had another younger man with him that he introduced as his son, Eric.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Mr. Smith", I say, extending my hand. "It's okay about the timing...I understand about air travel."

I take note of his son's comment about I think she'll do, and laugh at the joshing between the son and his father.

""I read over your list of specifications, Mr. Smith, and I think I have just the property for you", I tell him. "I have the key to the house. If you'd like, we can drive out to it and take a look around. My car is right outside", I offer.

"Excellent...excellent..." I smile..."But it is rather late, and I'm sure a nice-looking lady such as yourself has something planned for the weekend besides chauffering clients around to look at boring empty properties..."

Eric smiles too...after all, he is young...and playful....he grins that knowing grin. I playfully punch him on the arm again...

"Easy there, tiger...playtime will come sson enough..I'm sure we'll find something to get into sooner or later..."

Turning back to you.."Are you sure you can show us tonight? I would really like to see the place, but if you have plans...."
