Meeting website for adult - Rape Board

A few years ago, I went on website on which people could meet for having sex explicitly (I don't know if I'm allowed to say the name of this website). I read something written by a girl from London. She said her classmate and her planned to visit Paris but she was already bored with this idea. So she asked for someone to kidnap and rape her, so that she could get back to home earlier.
She gave a description of herself, where and when she could be found, and so on.
Today, I'm still wondering if it was a serious announce, or badly, a message sent by some one else to hurt this poor girl.
What do you think of that please?

I hope it was serious. After all, there are regrettably no free-to-use websites for people who want to meet up for extreme sexual activity - like rape scenes.
