How to get "in"?

Guess this can be seen as a moan and groan thread but there may be some sanity in it.

I have posted a number of times, also added a rape fantasy story. I will say that I got some response, but in general the threads seem to die with little or no replies. The story, to this day, has not so much as one comment either good or bad.

I happen to have, like all members here, a fantasy rape fetish. And as I cannot share it with anyone I know, this would be the ideal venting place for that. If I could get into conversation with people, good solid conversation.

So the 'everybodyhatesmenobodylovesmeimgonnaeatsomeworms' question is, should you first gain reputation before you are welcomed with open arms? Or is it the subject matter of the posts that dictates whether it gets replies or not?

Hey if people just don't like me and dislikes my posts, hey, I'm OK with that and will invest the effort somewhere else, but if there is something I need to do first (you know, introduce myself etc) tell me and my fertile imagination could add something to the site.

Any comments?

Well as head mod and long time member I'll answer this one...I seriously doubt anyone dislikes you here on RB! I looked at your stats and you only has eleven posts so I imagine you just haven't posted enough to gain recognition. RB is a very big board with thousands of members so people can get lost in the crowd...one time a member had a thousand posts and I didn't recognize them...LOL
So just post away and you'll get noticed

That's the way I am not long here myself and not often browse the other threads but Rape pics and movies. But to wait for response in your own thread when none come is a little frustrating Anyway you can always reply in other members thread - they usually enjoy it as you would and as time go will remember you. Then they will be pleased to post in your threads - not because you did and they want to be polite, but because it is more personal - the feeling you know this member a little is great. That's my point of view on it

So... don't just think it is funny, interesting, stupid or made you sad ... say it = add a post. Like I did right now

Post get to know other posters in the various forums like here and keep searching in the RP forum for someone to RP with. I have read your posts and I certainly have no issues with you.

You should also take into account what you mean by being "in" I have been on this board for a year or so now ( maybe more I can't be bothered to check the note under my avatar.. i am far to busy ) I don't talk with most members of the board, I have never had a conversation with the mods about anything really,Most of the people who could be considered "Prime members" like phantom, Maddog, goatboy, gaggirl.... I have little to no contact with. Yet I think i have found a nice little niche here, posting my opinions sharing stories and goofing around in the idle chat room.

Let everyone know who you are, and that you're there

then sit back and see what it's all about. pick up on what's "normal", what raises eyebrows, et-cetera

next, speak up when you agree with something that you know (from observing) won't tick anyone off. The more sophisticated the crowd, the less you have to be sure it's an agreeable statement.

Echo a few views, and insert your spin on what others already agree with, but keep it to things you know are acceptable and agreed upon. re-state.
