Legalities of viewing - Rape Board

Hey.. I have the obvious suspicions that viewing downloading bestiality and rape porn stuff is illegal in censorship loving Australia- but is it up there with childporn or is it a lesser offence... idoes anyone know if they have "bestiality" or "rapeporn" type task forces?? is viewing that bad or is it hte importation\ transportation of the material that is the problem? and I wonder how the "complaint" process works. How does anyone kow to cpmaplin you have stuff on your computer? I know that this would come under" offensive to most normal people" but so far the ONLY stuff I have found on criminal proceedings on the net is when its in relation to possession of child porn or like in shysnales post when people have partaken in actively doing a violent crime.

What about just viewing of bestiality or rape porn on its own?

its annoying that "ignorance is not a defence" yet I have looked high and low for real definitive answers and still dont really have any, but have read alot of "personal" judgements.

fraid so cryptic! not that thats stopping me.. I dont see anything wrong with consenting beings, and seriously ,this x rated penetrative sex contraband thing is ridiculous. we have sex, weve all seen the opposite sex's genitals, chances are we have watched/filmed ourselves fuck, and they tell us we cant watch other people doing the same thing??

I also read that its not illegal to host a site with prohibited material on it, but if there are complaints the isp has responsibility to shut you down. didnt mention much about cops, except in cases of serious offenses like CP. didnt mention a thing about "other obscene material" though, except that it was to be judged on the level of offensiveness and passed onto authorities then. All very fucking wishy washy. so I tend to not worry too much about it.

but what if there is a task force? lol

Im really biting my tongue, theres no point ranting on about stuff I cant change (like the kinds of groups of people that are in bed with politicians) but its a pissser that I cant find an answer... will I go to jail or get fined for having rape porn or bestiality on my puter? Tanya this is what I cant work out!! Its seriously annoying. Ive had a couple of cop playmates in times gone by. They didnt seem to come up with much either.

the first one told me the website we did back then, ictures of bondage was "borderline" (if you mix sex with bondage its illegal because it depicts a violent crime ) But thats in providing the images not in viewing them. The second one only discovered that charges involved in public rape roleplaying was if you get caught you you MAY get charged with causing a public nuisance. Nothing about rape porn, in fact he viewed some with us while he was over!

I dont know where it sits I figure its probably illegal, Still, theres nothing reported on recently where people have been charged for possessing this kind of porn unless its in connection with more serious offences.

I guess it just means that A)you have to make sure you dont brag about your extensive rape porn collection so noone gets to complain about it and B) if you DO get caught with it, get a decent lawyer as it seems to be such a grey area with no exact definitions of what constitutes illegal and jailable material that someone with a brain could argue alot of the charges away anyway.

Unfortunately it will depend on the judge on the day, and also probably depends on the kind of cops doing the prosecution... .. they might look at a female with rape porn a bit differently than a man with it.... so ... if you get caught, hope you dont end up with some Fielding style cop/judge, but instead get someone who is human and has some skeletons in his/her closet themselves

I'm detailling all that to show you all that process can be traced and is recorded in a journal. It's a text file that contains all Isp given, the time they were given the surbscriber they've been givin to and what Dns request he did !!! (So what site he visited). Everything in that journal in clear. When you paid for your subscribption, you gave your name and address so the police just has to come knock at your door. They already did that in France. The French law recognize you as a citizen with rights as long as you have the vital organs (heart, lungs, kidney, etc....) sp you can be considered viable. Your Freedom of thinking is your most intimate right and freedom of speech also is considered as an essential value in France in condition the censorchip associations can put a sticker saying shits like 'sensible people should avoid that'. It is very normal to find reality disapointing and try to make it different via different ways of expression like theatre or roleplaying or writing, singing or anything else.
