Woke up from my drunken stupor to find the end of a film on the Noah. Man pointing gun at woman cowering on floor. Man shoots woman in knee cap. Man shoots woman dead. Now surely any self-respecting man would have shot her in the knee cap and raped her? Script writer, where is your fucking head at?

heh, though tis is the idea i would have taken and is mentioned in one of the resident evil novels too, it's not something most directors and movie writers want to take since they prefer "rape" to be an imagined horror rather then one that comes on screen. though me, if i shoot a girl in the knee and she's hot, why wouldn't i rape her before offing her?

Agreed, a man who needs a gun to take out a woman isnt a self respecting man. Therefore he probably couldn't rape her.

I wouldn't necessarily need a gun to subdue a woman, but I rather like the idea of fucking one in the amount of pain a knee-capping would bring.

I think its probably hard to portray rape in movies anyways, its hard to do it tastefully if you will and yet not look incredibly fake and played out
