The only way I could get good lamb is to blow a butcher or a shepherd. I'd do it too, if I knew one.

One Easter I drove an hour to a specialty meat place to get a leg of lamb. I spent a fortune on it and was told this was the BEST in California. If this is best, I'll pass.
