Oh trust me, I know what you mean. My buddy is a qualified chef at a restaurant here and he's the only guy in town I trust to actually make me a rare cut of beef. I also trust him to get me a nice cut of lamb which for some reason is ridiculously hard to find here. I'm a huge fan of lamb but I can't ever get a good cut in a store, no matter where I go. This guy is my meat angel lol.
