As a former counselor I would have to recommend you go talk to someone as was suggested. I am not sure watching the movies available here or like sites is going to help you. It might intensify your fantasy and blur reality.
My concerns are around the violence of your fantasies such as you say intense rape and then you hitting objects. I would be more than wiling to exchange e-mails and even do some MSN or Yahoo chat but someone a lot more experienced than me probably can help you sort things out.
